Deck Grips for your skimboard

I put on the X-Trak deck grips on my Victoria skimboard and they seem OK, I could take ‘em or leave ‘em.  They do help me to feel the board better when turning or trying to shuv it but don’t really help me stay on the board better.  If I’m going to fall I make sure I eat it pretty good, if you’re going to do something you may as well do it right even if it’s going hands and elbows first into the sand.  I’ve had the X-Traks on for a couple of years and have never had a problem with them slipping or peeling off but if you want some tips on applying deck grips to your stick then check out this article at Sand Skater.
